Why all of a sudden is a recession called a credit crunch? Does this make any difference to no one having any money anymore? If the Bank of England has lowered its base rate to the lowest levels since 1951, then why are we not labelling correctly the recession the country is in?
This was a question we discussed in the office today, but it led us on to how the crisis is going to effect nosymbolrequired. What can we implement to stop us going under? how can we be better in the future to survive the credit crunch? Its an exciting time really, for us. I know we should all be miserable, but I dont really see it in that way. I see it as a bit of a challenge, and also it might help us in the long run. Other companies who are over stretched through this point, could go under and were left with less competition in the future markets. Could be good. But at the moment, we have to concentrate on making sure we have things completely correct, so that were not the ones going under. A challenge, yes, but a worthy one.
